Turnaround and Delivery times

Your Order
Non-Custom items, such as, but not limited to Stencils/Spoons/Stamps/Acrylic Discs are currently dispatched within 5-6 working days.
Once dispatched Royal mail items usually take 3/5 working days maximum. Yodel/Evri are usually 3/5 working days but can sometimes be delayed in transit you will receive a tracking email for any Yodel/Evri parcels please check spam folder as usually go there.
Custom handmade items that are made to order, such as Toppers/Spear sets/ Individual Spears or multiple sets of Spears are allocated a 10-14 working day turnaround. This allocation is due to each item being made specific to your order requirements. Once dispatched you will received a tracking email if Yodel/Evri service chosen. Royal mail is standard 1st class no tracking.
Please note; Working days are classed as Monday to Friday, excluding any Bank Holidays/ Royal Mail Strikes. Any orders placed outside of the afore mentioned days will be packaged and dispatched on the next available working day. All orders are subject to the previously mentioned dispatched turnaround time frames.

Order Confirmation, Dispatching and Shipping
Once your order has been confirmed, you will receive notification via email. This email will contain your Order Reference Number. Please ensure you check any Junk or Spam folders.
Previously mentioned dispatched time frames apply for all orders. Once your order has been fulfilled and dispatched, you will be notified via email. Any tracking information will be included. Please note, orders under £10 (not inclusive of postage costs) or sent via Royal Mail 1st Class or 2nd Class do not have tracking abilities.
Spear of the Moment uses multiple service/courier providers to ensure you receive your order within a timely fashion. On the rare occasion you have not received your order within the stipulated postage timescales or your item is classed as ‘missing’, please notify Spear of the moment at spearofthemoment@gmail.com.
All non-delivered orders are subject to a claim process; which Spear of the Moment will pursue with the Service/Courier Provider used. This process can take up to 14 Working Days to resolve. Once the claim has been resolved, Spear of the Moment will offer either an order replacement OR refund. Unfortunately, whilst the Claim is being investigated, Spear of the Moment cannot send replacement items or issue a refund. Should you require the items, this will be subject to a new order/confirmation/dispatch process.
