SHIPPING & DELIVERY
What's the current turn around time?
I am to currently aiming to dispatch orders within 5/7 working days from date of purchase. Please allow extra time to account for Public Holidays etc
Dispatch (Turn Around) time refers to how long it takes me to make your order, whereas delivery refers to the time it takes the courier to get the order to you. It's important to note the two are different.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping rates can vary depending on your region and are calculated at checkout based upon Location & Box size/Weight required
Do you ship Internationally?
This is something I haven't been able to offer in the past but would definitely like to at some point. I am more than happy to get shipping quotes if you are interested. email me spearofthemoment@gmail.com
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Do you offer returns?
I do not accept returns for reasons such as changing your mind. This is because a lot of our products are made to order. I will however, always accept returns or give refunds on faulty items. It is essential that you get in touch within 24 hours of receiving your item to explain any issues.
Please ensure when making a bespoke order, that you spell everything correctly. To ensure no spelling errors are ever made. I copy and paste your exact request when I am designing. I am unable to process a refund if you have made a spelling mistake. If you realise you've made an error prior to the order being made, get in touch and I'll be more than happy to sort this for you.
Can I cancel my order?
If you make an error and wish to cancel your order, please notify me straight away and I will happily cancel it.
You are welcome to enquire about a cancellation at any time prior to dispatch, but this can only be completed depending on if the products have already been created or if the order is already completed.

Is my payment data safe with you?
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
Do you accept online payments?
Yes, we accept online payments. All payment processing and vital customer information is quick, easy, and secure.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept payments from major credit card companies like Visa, Mastercard, and American Express and Paypal. We hope to soon offer some buy now pay later options via Klarna and Clearpay, subject to their decision.
